Good to know

Are inactive members really free?
Yes. Members who don't log in or interact with the platform in a given month aren't billed. Manager seats are always billed since dashboard access is available to them at any time.
How do credits work alongside response limits?
WhatsApp responses use credits and count toward your monthly response limit. You need both available to receive responses via WhatsApp. Slack and Telegram responses do not use credits, only your standard monthly response limit.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused WhatsApp and AI credits carry forward every month and expire after 12 months of zero activity on the account.
What is Auto-pause?
Set a per-template auto-pause so AI reports stop generating automatically when your AI credit balance runs low. You'll get a warning at 20% remaining. You can configure this when creating any template to prevent unexpected credit burn.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Prepaid annual and 2-year launch plans are non-refundable but fully lock your rate for the chosen term.
